Pathetic service Kfc

I went to Kfc Ladysmith by the pick n pay center today around about 2:13 am to buy 12 dunked wings . We waited more than 8 mins on the drive thru. When we got to the pay window we were rendered by horrific service, highly rude by Phindile Lady who was very rude and was not intrested to listen to us customers when I asked questions and options of wings to buy. She gave us 8 plain wings instead of 12 dunked . She ****med us!!!
