Pathetic service from Store Manager Northgate to Customer Service and Online Service !!!!

Customer Service at the store by manager is pathetic and also the customer care line is useless......so is there online app !!!!

Cant seem to get any satisfaction from store level to online to customer service.....I'm appalled by such a big company's customer service level !!!!
