PATHETIC SERVICE FROM MANAGEMENT AT MOORE ROAD KFC DURBAN

I am very unhappy with the service from KFC Moore Road, Durban, Yesterday i was at the store 5th February 2020 and asked to purchase a streetwise mix and was told its unavailable, Krusher is also not available, today i was there for a streetwise 2 masala chicken and that was not available as well, krusher also not available again, zinger burger not available so i ordered a colonel burger and coke , no coke available as well, i asked to speak to the manager who laughed at me. What does this kfc store really have ? why are you advertising for something that is not kept in store. this is pathetic service and that is not how you deal with customers, we are purchasing and spending money at your stores and this has become a joke. I am very displeased with this horrible service.
