Pathetic service from KFC online

About a month ago I placed a online order with KFC for delivery! The online KFC shows that the KFC in my region delivers! After an hour I phoned to ask where my order was and the KFC said that I must come and collect my order at the store! I barreled over a week to get my refund back and when I got my refund back I recieved it as a Standardbank wallet voucher without a pin! I phoned in many times to request for the pin and the pin is each time incorrect. When I phoned again no one seemed to know what I was talking about! So now I am stuck with a standardbank voucher that I can't use!
