Pathetic service from KFC Irene Mall

Received horrible experience at KFC Irene.

We ordered from the kiosk and chose to get the receipt on the phone. We went sit and found the table dirty. After 20 minutes, I asked my daughter to go check on the food and she was told that they need the receipt. I gave her the phone and she stood there for more than 5 minutes ignored.

My fiancé went to check what the issue was and was told to open the link because they have not received the order. It was only then that they started to make the food. The cashiers name is Lebogang and was not even apologetic.

We waited for over another 30 minutes and the drinks were wrong and they didn’t include 1 meal. She says that Sprite was finished and decided (for us) that we will drink Fanta Orange. She didn’t ask but just decided.

I went to complain and got told that we just need to wait so that they can fix the order. This is in acceptable. Waiting for food for more than an hour when the restaurant is not even busy.
