Pathetic Service from KFC Grayston Drive - Sandton

The worst service I have ever received. I buy from KFC Grayston almost everyday and on this particular day I had the worst headache and asked them for a cup of warm water and they denied me saying I need to buy a cup as cups were sold. I agreed to buying a cup and paying whatever amount was necessary for me to get what I wanted but they still refused to give me warm TAP water to take pain****ers claiming that they were working on a tight schedule whereas we were waiting in the drive-thru queue for over 10 mins. This is pathetic service especially in a country where we have a right to basic water and sanitation. To be denied water after my acceptance to paying whatever price they were going to charge. And need I mention that I put the request in with my initial order so I didn’t surprise them with the request when I got to the collection window. The two ladies at the collection window were so rude to top it all off.
