PATHETIC SERVICE FROM KFC

Went to KFC Matatiele (KSA 720) on the 1st of May 2022 & bought a 15 Piece bucket, I then drove to Durban. When I got home the chicken was too dark with fines, Oily and had an unpleasant smell. I called KFC customer Careline and laid a complaint, I was then given a reference stating that KFC Matatiele should refund Me. A Staff member by the name of Anele from KFC Matatiele called and told me to bring back the chicken for them to refund me otherwise they will not if I dont bring proof of what I purchased, I asked her if she wants me to drive all the way from Durban to Matatiele to get my refund and her answer was " That's not my problem" How Pathetic! What kind of a service is that, I work hard for my money and then at the end I get a ****ty service from KFC, I could've gone to other food outlets but chose them. I WANT MY REFUND
