Pathetic service from KFC

Absolute bull**** from KFC. I ordered on the KFC app for delivery and my order went to a branch, Only to find out almost 1.5 hours later that store does not do deliveries on the KFC app. So why did my order go there? And although the customer service guy did his best to assist all the customer service guy on the phone could tell me was they could only give me a voucher to the value of my order for this inconvenience. I should be getting alot more than that considering I had to pay more on the Ubereats app for the food because of something that was their fault!!!!
