Pathetic service from KFC

I called the call centre @ 10:30 and ordered the allstar lunchbox when my order was delivered i noticed it was wrong and called kfc to advise them of this. i was told that my order will be prepared and delivered to me. an hour later i food has not arrived and I get a call to say when the driver comes in he will bring my food to me and they not sure what time that will be
