pathetic service

we ordered meals.the cashier got the order wrong.she was asked to correct it.on her second attempt it was still not resolved.so another person came to assist.she assured me it will be resolved.she goes to the back comes back and what do you know the order is still incorrect.after spending half an hour only trying to get a correct order i decided to leave.i had no faith in the *********** staff to correct my order.why do they employ people that cannot comprehend and are ***********.we do not go there for handouts.we pay quite considerably for the food.this was not the first time i had bad service from that particular branch.but never complained.
