Pathetic Service

I am utterly disgusted in the service I received last night from the KFC in Sophia town Triomf. I waited a whole 2 hour for my order still to find out that it was never prepared. It was showing on the collect screen and only then was the order being made. This is totally unacceptable!!!!

I was forced to ask for a refund and go and order else where.

I went to KFC Campus Square and received my order under 5 minutes.

I do not understand why should the employees of certain branches always give good franchises like this dad names with there work etiquette.

Like then don't work there if you going to render such Pathetic Service!!!!!!
