Pathetic service every time

We have received the most appalling service at kfc water stone village. We’ve ordered the same thing for over 6 times which is a family treat and every time we get 6 pieces of chicken that is thighs out of 10 pieces. We’ve told the cashier every time that we want a variety of pieces and even with that being said we receive the same pieces. We’ve gotten to the point where we don’t even use the drive through anymore because we anyway end up having to get out of the car to go back inside to have the order corrected. This is very disappointing as it is not the first time that we have received this kind of service and when we complain we are treated so poorly by unfriendly staff. This is not okay. KFC waterstone get your **** together.
