Pathetic Service ever

I’m very frustrated with the service I received today from KFC Tygervalley branch

I was order number 1831 I ordered 10 plain and 10 dunked wings, I waited and waited when they were calling order 1840 something I went to enquire The lady apologised and said your order will be ready shortly then I waited and waiting after another 15 min the lady called me and said please give us 7 more minutes as the dunked wings are not ready

I asked the lady why they didn’t tell me because I was going to go and not wait this long as I’m lunch, I went to PnP and came back and still the wings were not ready

The service is so pathetic they do not think for people they only thinking for themselves the lady said the kitchen staff has advised them that the dunked wings were not ready and she forgot to tell me
