Pathetic service

I ordered at KFC Delft Mall yesterday(5 June 2024) at 12:09. When the driver came at 12:50 I asked him where my cold drink is he said it wasn’t given to him. He said I should call the store and if they give it to him he will deliver it. I called the store, they promised to get back to me. After a while I called again they promised again to resolve it. Till today they haven’t delivered the cold drink. I called them again they promised to deliver it.
