Pathetic service

Place an order online at 6h30pm, waited until 7h25pm followed up on my order , app said it will be delivered by 7h29. 7h46 still no order. Call KFC call centre, they said my order was cancelled due to no driver available. Take note I live 2minutes away from KFC Hault Rd. Pathetic service, no communication, and the audacity to tell me i will only be refunded in 14 working days. That was my last order from KFC, disgrace,
