Pathetic service

I ordered food on the kfc app for delivery. An hour later did not receive a delivery i had to call the store numerous times to find out whats happening. The lady that answered said she doesnt know anything about the deliveries i had to call customer care. Upon calling customer care they said they will look into it and get back to me. No one did. I had too drive to the store causing an inconvenience cause i was at work too pick up my order. Only after i picked up my order i get an sms to say they are unable to reach a driver. From the app saying 30 mins to deliver. It took two hours. Upon arrival at the store i still had too wait for my order to be processed. Please don't list certain store has delivery sites if there are no drivers available. Such pathetic service. Never again will i order online from kfc.
