Pathetic service

Made an order on May 1st which was not delivered. I was then told the funds would be refunded which was not done. I contacted them on the 8th of May and was told it would take a further 7 to 10 days to get back my money. To my surprise on the 19th on May I saw 5 separate transactions each for R10. What an absolute joke. I then called on the 24th May and was told a case would be opened as they were having system issues. Today the 9th of June I called and was told that the case was closed as the full refund has been processed. What on earth? How when it wasn't? I am then told I have to wait 7 to 14 days to get my money. I don't want anything to do with KFC ever again. Appalling service
