Pathetic Service

I had terrible service from a lady by name of Laura from KFC behind Sasol In Craddlestone (THE VILLAGE) I think.She refused to sell me the family treat for 10 Piece and she said they don't sell it from drive through.That pathetic service and I got same assistance from Keywest instead the same meal.Laura is making sure you customers are lost with he treatment she laughed about with her friend and the told I need to go inside. Why do guys have a drive through without the full menu.The worse part they laughed about. I need a call from here to apologize for her pathetic service
