Pathetic Service

Today i made an online order using the KFC online website. I never got confirmation of order email. But money was deducted from my account. I drove using my fuel to pick the order. Since i saw that money was deducted from my account. When i get to the restaurant they told me no order was not placed. I had to use my own airtime to call their call center, only to be told that it will be reversed in 24hrs. So today my 2 year daughter will sleep hungry cause i have to wait for them to reverse the money. And they told me that the system it's just having issues. Why do they deduct if it's having issues?
