Pathetic service

Visited KFC (Wetton/Landsdown road) Cape Town on 29 December 2022. I arrived at or about 10h50. Customers were already queuing infront of the door. The store was supposed to open at 11h00, but at 11h15 customers started leaving including myself. Pathetic service.
