Pathetic Service

On Saturday 06 February 2021 ,I went to all the KFC in Port Elizabeth for the Kit Kat Sundae for my kids & nephew's & surprisingly they all were put of ice cream & all the excuses of machine not working ,must be cleaned etc,why advertise the product when.You don't want to sell or clean the machine. I was deeply frustrated with this& there is no accountability from all the KFC branches.

Your service is pathetic
