Pathetic service at KFC TRADE ROUTE DRIVE THRU

KFC trade route mall… went to kfc trade route drive thru at around 9:15pm and placed an order at 9:20pm. We were told to go and park in the parking and wait for our food. What is the point of having a drive thru @kfc trade route when we have to park off and wait for food. 15 minutes we went back to the drive through and asked how much longer is our food going to take the cashier again says go park and wait. We insisted we will wait at the drive thru since its been 15 minutes and one burger, 2 pieces of chicken and chips cannot take that long. The staff were walking outside the store one smoking and 2 others talking to each other. The cashier did not like the fact that we waited at the window so quickly packed the box. The chicken was raw. The service at kfc was terrible, staff have no customer service skills. They cannot even explain when asked about an item on the menu and are not bothered with the cars parked off waiting for food. Kfc trade route should close their drive thru since they do not know how a drive thru works and do not know how to train their staff. I did complain on the kfc website on the 8th of January 2025 the day I bought the food and kfc has not responded to my complain. Which shows that the franchise and owners are alsonot interested in their customers and delivering services.
