Pathetic service at KFC NORTHWAY MALL

My family and I decided to go to kfc Northway mall Pietermaritzburg to order some food. We ordered although the managers were not friendly and had no manners with customers. Their customer service was pathetic and they had no etiquette in the way they served their customers. After receiving our food we ordered, we then asked for some kfc plates which all kfc outlets do keep irrespective of their location. The cashier by the name of Zandile had served us which was quite friendly. One of the assistants from Kfc then went and asked the manager on duty which was Zaneli for some plates and then Zaneli had ducked the plates away. After asking Zaneli personally for some plates she then said she doesn't have after telling her she ducked it, she never even apologize. IS THIS WHAT KFC IS GOING DOWN TO?????????
