Pathetic service at KFC Meyersdal

we ordered 2 simple meals (variety box R49.90) We had to wait about 40 minutes after paying to finally get our cold meal. prior to that happening. our order number was 337, we saw it and other order numbers disappear from the order board. there were many furious customers in the same boat as us. number gone but no food. when we asked thabo, christina or andiswa were our order was, we were just ignored. other customers had the same thing. this is the worst KFC we have ever been to. rude employees, lack of service. we shall never ever go there again. we also heard new customers ordering and they were told that there is no more chicken. isnt KFC a chicken take away? the list goes on.

please make sure head office corrects this as you will be losing more and more customers at meyersdal if u do not change the useless staff there.
