PATHETIC SERVICE AT KFC GATEMAX

Pathetic Service

Not the 1st time having an issue with the online service, I ordered my partner a lunch meal with a cooldrink , payment was done online and all he needed to do what to simply go and collect at the KFC nearest to him which was KFC gatemax at coastlands , however upon reachng there he was advised that our order could not be found after me calling in 3 times before he went in to ensure order was ready. I spoke to the manager who was no help at all and I then phoned customer service who explained that DUE TO A SYSTEM glitch our order was routed to another branch i then called that branch (crescent) and started speaking to the manager who stated there is nothing he can do and i should contact the onliune support team. this caused my partner to spend his entire lunch at a place where no assistance was provided and the customer service was PATHETIC, not the 1st time we experience a poor service , if i could add my own rating then it would be a 0 and not even a 1 star rating . Totally Disappointed
