PATHETIC SERVICE AT KFC GALLERIA.

I am so disappointed at the service I just received now at KFC located in Galleria Mall. I placed an order via the kiosk option, as I was about to pay, someone came to advise me on what they don't have. I paid and waited.. Maybe after 5 minutes I realized that my order number does not appear so I went to question that. Nkosiyabo the manager then told me that they don't make breakfast and there is nothing they can do my money will reverse back. He was very rude and showed no empathy towards my situation he did not even apologise for the situation and was actually arguing with me as if it's my fault that I ordered , the worse part I haven't received my money back and couldn't get my meal.
