Pathetic service at KFC Darwin (Kraaifontein)

Yesterday 08/05/2022 I went to KFC Darwin (Kraaifontein). Went through the drive through thinking I've selected the correct store on my KFC app, which I always use only to be told by the lady on duty which was extremely rude to go into the store and reselect the correct store. When I arrived in the store the app didn't give me an option of paying in store which it always does. I then got to speak to the Manager (Rene) which is worst the than the lady at the drive through. Is that the way you guys handle a client that always uses the KFC app and is actually a regular.. Came all the way from Milnerton to get such pathetic service. How can you handle your clients in that manner?
