Pathetic service at KFC Dalview.

I went to KFC Dalview tonight. I have never been as uncomfortable in a store as I was tonight. Because it was raining and cold (18°C outside) the staff had both the aircons set to 31°C inside. I was boiling. Then, after having to wait 15 minutes (I couldn't bear the heat, so I had to wait outside in the cold and the rain like a homeless person), we collected our order. When we got home, the fully loaded box meal was supp**** incorrectly. As I hate mash, I had requested a coleslaw instead, but found that the *********** staff at KFC Dalview had once again fumbled the order. I have personally also witnessed numerous times where unhappy customers have come back to the shop with complaints, but each time I go there, the incompetence seems to get worse there.
