pathetic service at KFC Alberton

i have never experienced such disappointment in KFC. The manager wasn’t available at 5:55pm which i found out after having ordered my usual dunked wings 10 pc i had driven from Germiston to that branch only to be told i can only order a 2 piece meal. I walked in at 5.50 only to be told this @6pm . I suggest something is done to rectify the appalling service and total disregard for customer service. https://locations.kfc.co.za/gauteng/alberton/shop-3-&-4-al****-building-36-voortrekker-road really unacceptable
