Pathetic service at its best

The worst experience ever. This is for KFC in randburg square. Firstly I got there to 2 self service kiosks. One was occ and I tr to use the 2nd one which actually didn't work. Decided to join the counter line which was my worst mistake. The line was so slow that I almost fainted in hunger. When I eventually got to the front I spoke to the cashier who seemed like she couldn't talk. She then told me I can't order coz I'm using the card and sent me to the kiosk which now had a line to order and pay by card there. I then waited again for the meat which took forever. Eventually the chicken came which was scorching hot. I sat and struggled to eat but I needed to coz I was extremely hungry. And then there's no serviettes in that silly package and u know how oily ur chicken is... Yhooo shem. A 10 min experience that took 40 minutes. What a pathetic service
