Pathetic service and rude staff

<p>We went to purchase a kids pops meal at the Crescent in Umhlanga and waited 20 minutes for the order. There were larger orders placed after us that were served before us. When we asked the staff member about the order, she rudely said waiting time for the pops and went into the kitchen. She did not apologies for the delay.. When we asked again what the delay was the meal was given to us. The same rude staff member packed the kids meal and placed the juice on top of the chips in the box. When we asked her why, she answered its procedure with an attitude. When we said we are going to complain to the manager she walked away as if she was not bothered. As paying customers we deserve to be treated with respect, the staff behave as if they are doing us a favour. They get paid to do their jobs.</p>
