Pathetic service and poor hygiene KFC Mt Edgecombe

Good day currently at KFC Mt Edgecombe and have just come across the worst service and attitude ever, 1st the order takes half an hour the staff are arrogant there are no eating utensil the store is actually filthy in store and the bathrooms were revolting, no air-conditioning working the staff are dripping with perspiration I cannot believe that a branch of this caliber has fallen into such low standards I really will not be recommending this branch going forward does management take pride in monitoring, where is the owner of this franchise
