Pathetic service and poor help from management

I ordered food from KFC Gateway, firstly my order took 50 minutes to get here,once it arrived it was ice code. Then when I phoned to speak to the manager, I was told by the manager that there is only 1 delivery person and hence the reason some customers have to suffer. Being in retail myself that is not how it is when customers are involved.
