Pathetic service and false advertising

Hi

I went to KFC centre place and i received a very bad service from some lady called Nwabisa, when i was receiving my meal because i had a special instruction of no ice in my drink then i received half not a full cup and i have never seen anywhere on the menu stating anything to do with half a drink for no ice. when i mentioned it to the Nwabisa lady she rep**** with attitude that what must she do. i am disgusted with the service and false adverti*****t.
