Pathetic Service and expired food

Today 25/02/2016 16:00 I went to buy some food from this KFC.I ordered a streetwise and coke. I told the cashier I want a side breast . I got my food and it was NOT a side breast. No apology . Just a chit chat among them . I left and when i started to eat my food i COULD NOT!. They gave me a fork to eat my mash and gravy!!!. Back to the store and again no apology. They went to the back to get a s****, and came back saying no s****s in stock . SO MUST I DRINK MY MASH AND GRAVY!!!!.So then i asked to swop the mash for a koleslaw.. The manger did nothing from his own to help me or solve the issue. I had to tell him swop it . So for the 3rd time off to eat my food. When i opened my koleslaw, i noticed the sell date is 24/02/2016 @ 10:00 and the pack date is 22/02/2016@ 10:00. ***!!!!! You give me wronf food!. You give me no s****! You give me expired food!. I have the container with me and will be posting this on facebook . Your staff can stand around making jokes and talking nonsense with each other, but they cannot run a shop porperly.. Is this how you treat your customers!! PATHETIC!!!
