Pathetic service and disgusting conditions

While on holiday in East London we visited a kfc.First of all the conditions in the kfc are horrific, floors were filthy, flies everywhere and just generally disgusting. Then we ordered with the most unfriendly cashier who had to check our order like 5 times ****rained maybe?) and then we wanted to get an ice cream for a second order and after asking for one the lady checked if they had any and then ignored us without letting us know what was happening. We didn't get our ice cream. It was utterly pathetic service and it's not the 1st time I've heard complaints about the gonubie branch.
