Pathetic service and delivery

Kfc tongaat services are very poor, when at the store the people behind the counter are very rude and have no way of customer services at all ... when we call in to order for delivery the deliver is never on time either late or wrong order...what is the point if this...i placed an order like almost 1and a half hout ago i am still waiting for it when i call yo enquire they never return the call pathetic services really and something needs to be dont about this
