Pathetic service and bad food

Today I went to buy a bucket for one at KFC Bramfrischer shopping center, since I was buying this meal for my 4 year old daughter I asked them to exchange the 2 zinger wings with 2 nuggets there was abit of resistance at the beginning however the manager came and authorized our order, when we went to the pick up window we were told to reverse our car a bit since they were still waiting for fresh nuggets little did I know that they were putting stale chips in my daughter’s meal I got home to find very dry chips in my child’s meal, I’m utterly disappointed with the terrible service we’ve received.
