PATHETIC SERVICE ALL ROUND

On numerous occasions we have been to the KFC in Lenasia South (Kiasher Park) and staff is continuously rude to us and always do not have any of the items we require they always say that it is finished and if you are running a franchise shouldn't you make make that your stock is over flowing instead of been told by the staff strudging their shoulders and saying all the time "it is finished you can talk to the manager " and this is not us being there around closing time but like early in the evening around 6pm ... and we call the customer care line and then someone from the store calls us but cannot speak professionally to us and that too has an attitude and gives us a number for Malefu who don't answer his call strange when we get the number and call him it rings then it conveniently is on voice mail ... how do we the consumer now get joy of the KFC in the arrear when they are always out of stock and in willing to assist the customers when we are there... their drive thru is a nightmare ... there too they just leave you waiting hours on end with nobody at the collection window and when they do eventually get there they are busy having a hearty chat and then continue to ignore you AND when they eventually come to the window want to be rude ... we the residents of the area wonder if the owner of the business is just there thinking that his just doing the area a favour for his franchise to be there as he is the only franchise compared to Lenasia has THE WORSE SERVICE EVER BEING IT WITH STAFF, SERVICE AND FOOD PREPARED ... SO WHEN DOES IT END AND IS HEAD OFFICE OF THE FRANCHISE GOING TO BE PUTTING ANY STRAINS ON THE FRANCHISE AS THEY ARE BECOMING WORSE AS THE DAYS GO BY AND GIVING THE KFC NAME A BAD REPUTATION FOR THE AREA THAT THEY ARE SITUATED IN ... Cause to us it is clear that neither the management nor owner CARES about their reputation of the business or franchise so where will the staff working there be any professional ... gets worse when there is a power outage in the area they too have a BLACKOUT ... LOL !!! place is nothing BUT A JOKE
