PATHETIC SERVICE

I am appalled by the pathetic service I have received from KFC VANGATE MALL and ONLINE!

I placed on order with them twice! The first time was on 08 August when they forgot to include my whole colonel meal of R70.90, I get through to Live chat it took me 20 minutes to get a response and they ended up offering me a R50 voucher with no refund of the balance what the heck.

Second time around with the little faith I had in me, today, ai ordered 2 All star meals and 2 small chips for the babies, I opened my order in front of the delivery guy and the chips were missing, he tells me to log a complaint. I get to live chat 38 minutes into the chat and still, no response yet!!!!!!

Don't offer a damn online service when service when you don't know how to operate it and offer proper customer service.

I want my money back, it might be a little money but it's still my damn money.
