Pathetic service

On Monday evening, I bought zinger wings from KFC Naledi mall in Vosloorus. When I got home, the wings were dry and burnt without flavor. I sent my complaint via the kfc online survey and one of their agents rep**** with an email saying she will contact me back as soon as I can send her my contact number. I rep**** to the mail and even called her back on the number provided and left a message for her to call me back but upto now, Noone has bothered to resolve my issue. I am never going back to that store
