Pathetic Service

I tried to place an order on the KFC app, money was taken from my account but my order did not go through. I thought my money would be refunded immediately and proceeded to place another order. Money was again taken from my account and the order failed.

I called HQ and was advised that there was a problem with the app. It was confirmed that I will be refunded and was given case numbers. This all happened in June but to date have not received my money back. I have followed up but still nothing.

KFC may I please have my money back!!!!
