Pathetic service

I placed an order via Uber Eats at 14:00 for 2 meals at KFC Rondebosch East. At 14:30, the driver arrived with only one meal. I told him I ordered 2 meals. He said they only have him one meal and said he will go back for the other meal. After half an hour, no driver, no food. I called the branch, spoke to Linda. She apologised and assured me that the driver will deliver. After half an hour, no driver, no food. I called again and was put on hold and she never came back to the phone. I called again and was told she left. I then spoke to the manager Theo and he also apologised. After waiting since 14:30 for my food I asked the manager to please deliver my food before or by 17:00, but he failed to do so. At 17:17 he called to asked what the color of my house was. I think this was the worst service I've received from KFC Rondebosch East. I will NEVER buy from this store again.
