Pathetic service!!!

The KFC Branch in El Ridge - what pathetic service!!! Had to repeat my order 7 times - one streetwise 2 and a strawberry milkshake - how difficult is that!!! There were 3 ladies standing outside at the drive through taking orders and with a card machine. There it took 5 attempts - but boy were they quick to take the money. Then drove to the serving window where I had to repeat is again twice. If they were busy or understaffed then one can be more lenient and understanding, but there were more staff then patrons. Then when the food was served, it was all just thrown into a box - the chips were not even in the packet - and yes, the little packet was in the box. Needless to say, I will definitely not be visiting this branch of KFC again.
