Pathetic service

I am very disappointed and disgraced by the service I received from KFC Sanctuary. On the 2nd of December, around 14:39, I placed an order via your online, order number 111504, for a 21-piece bucket that comes with a free 1-liter Coke Lite. I received an SMS as a confirmation that my order was being prepared delivery code was provided 9425. 10 minutes later I get another SMS saying Oh No were unable to find a driver and had to cancel your order 111504. We have refunded your order for the amount of R365.90. What an inconvenience that time I am at the beach with the kids expecting something to eat since since we've been there since 8 am. When I checked my bank account no refund was processed. Another SMS comes your refund will be processed within 7-14 working days to shock and disbelief. I called your customer line and Tumi assisted me after explaining my situation the call was cut and no follow-up was done. I called again due to my frustration as I had children looking at me with a hungry face and a lady named Nomthandazo answered, I explained my story again and she told me no refund would be processed and the policy says 7-14 working days. My question to her was did you not see before accepting my order that no drivers were available and she could not answer? I was fuming as this was an inconvenience to me and the kids as they were looking at me and I had no other plans to feed them. I asked to speak to her Superior first she told was to wait, I waited for more than 10 minutes only to be told they were all busy as my complaint was not important. I waited again for 20 minutes still no one attended to me. She offered the Team Leader would call me back I refused I opted to wait because I knew no one was taking me seriously. Finally, she answered and said the TL was available and then the call dropped. After wasting my time, my money, and my airtime. Till today no one has called to even apologise about the humiliating service I was provided by your so-called KFC.
