Pathetic Service

On the 27 Nov 2020, my POS transaction of R238 was duplicated. I was told the amount would automatically reverse within 24hrs. Well its 11 days later and after submitting my statement i still have to receive feedback. I was told the Manager, Karen, cannot be contacted and her details cannot be shared with me.
