PATHETIC SERVICE

I order KFC through the app because it's convenient for me, but now I have noticed when you order through the app KFC thinks they making you a favour just because I'm not physically there to check my order they just throw in every gabbage! I'm ****ed off coz this is not the 1st time I specifically requested thigh and drumstick, but to my surprise they put a big piece of white meat and a very small wing not even my 2 year old would accept. Honestly if I dnt get value for my money why must I bother buying at KFC, they lack customer satisfaction, they lack to provide a service they promise.. I'm disgusted ended up giving that food away as hungry as I was I just cudnt eat white meat. The only thing that was right there was a cold drink I guess it's because that's not KFC brand!!!!
