Pathetic service

<p>3 of us ordered individual meals at KFC, one of those meals were a twister. We watched 4 twisters go to drive through customers (we were inside) after 20 minutes of waiting, without any other person inside and watching 7 cars go through the drive through. We asked for our money back because of terrible service, being ignored when querying our order and employees having a terrible arrogance towards their customers. I find this to be pathetic and intolerable service. </p>
