Pathetic service

<p>Ok so the store manager of wilrogate phones me tonight and guess what! I get the SAME pathetic excuse i got the previous time. Sorry we were short staffed... I AM NOT INTERESTED in these excuses. He said his area manager talked to him. NOW I WANT TO TALK TO THE AREA MANAGER to see what the are going to do. As it seems that half baked excuses are being given to customers just to KEEP THEM HAPPY! I AM NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER. </p> <p>If its end of the month and peak times i.e 17:00 in the afternoon when people get off work then by NOW a popular food service like yourself should be ready !!!!!!oh but i forgot! Service is unneccesary just as long as you pay you shouldnt expect to get your food within nothing less than an hour. </p> <p>I dont know IF ANYONE important at KFC is going to read this but i am publishing this on Facebook and hello peter. Lets see if you read it!
