Pathetic service

I placed a order online on the 25/09 delivery I was tracking the order got sms saying food has been delivered when I went to check at the door the was nothing. I called kfc customer care I explained what happened I was given a voucher tried to place the order online again it failed went inside the store I was advised the voucher is invalid I was told to call customer care again. I called in September to query I was told their can't assist it's a Friday the guy promised to call me in Monday no one called back I called back on the 7/10 the lady that assisted said query has been logged their will get back to me via email,calll or sms before the day end. Today it's the 12/10 I have not received any communication
